Job Description

  • Managing cash, petty cash and corresponding with Beijing office
  • Coordinating office related issues, including rental, utilities, payroll etc
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
  • Be prepared for ad-hoc related marketing events
  • Willing to be coached for the next career step
  • Full time position available 

Requirements

  • At least Diploma in Administration studies or equivalent
  • Good command of both Mandarin and English.
  • Good coordination, planning & organizing skills
  • Patient, well organized, independent, resourceful.
  • Able to handle secretarial & admin work, correspondence, book entry etc
